Zen Henry: ‘Seeing Clearly’

‘Knowing’ starts with seeing clearly– the nature and context of our situation as it is directly & objectively experienced. Can we simply notice what’s happening in our experience without judgment? Can we discerningly recognize ‘what is’ from ‘what is not’ as the mind may not always clearly & precisely reflect our reality?… and… Can we understand our situation beyond the context of our own self-indulgence?

Seeing clearly is a 360º perspective- centered with a broad and deep range of vision in observing conditions and consequences of self and others. With penetrating insights from this observational style, it’s coming to know and appreciate the intentions, motivations, habits, needs, desires, afflictions, etc. that move situations to be what they are…
