The path you take is your own. Openly accept the infinite possibilities…

Since the early 1970’s, thousands of studies (EEG, brain scans, blood & hormonal samplings) have shown that regular meditation practice of approximately 20 minutes or more per day to yield the following…

• cardiovascular, cortical (adrenal), hormonal & metabolic benefits
• improvement in psychological well-being, mental performance, memory, concentration
& creativity, emotional stability, as well as reducing anxiety and depression
• measurably significant reduction in blood pressure & stress related diseases
• alleviation in chronic physical pain.

In theory, the practice of meditation involves a self-inquiry of the subtle self… one’s body, mind & spirit (heart). Our symptomology (both physical and psychological) is generally salient and observable empirically with the senses. However, much of what may precipitate this symptomology lies on a deeper, more subtle level in the body. Meditation practice allows us to explore these subtleties at this level through deep relaxation and concentration.

As you practice meditation, contemplation, and training of the mind on a regular basis, you will begin to “see” deeply into the underlying patterns that cause stress and suffering in your life. Through our path, teachings, and insights, we will explore the realm of Mindful Intelligence, which draws and cultivates the elements of Shamatha & Vipassana meditation, as well as fundamentals from the work in Emotional Intelligence.

Just as physical exercise brings fitness to the body…. this training of the mind will bring you emotional fitness. It will be very accessible and relatable to your real, everyday life. Your presence and free attention in the present moment will help you to dismantle your habit energy that causes much reactionary stress and suffering. With unwavering intention patience, and focus you will begin to cultivate your true nature to flourish with the mindful intelligence to live more fully…
