‘SELF’

What often stands in our way is our solidified concept of ‘SELF’. Rigid and steadfast, we often stay the course unable to free ourselves from conditioned patterns and belief systems that function to support who we ‘think’ we are… rather than who we truly may be, or who we may potentially become.
Relaxing this concretized sense of self helps to open us up to a more wholesome attitude and view- to penetrate and transform narrow patterns and belief systems that may obscure our more ‘fluid’ nature.
