aware & non-reactive…
Simply ‘Mindful Awareness’

To be fully present here & now with open, caring, and nonjudgmental awareness… is an act of mindfulness. To be mindfully aware of your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations… is an act of kindness to ourselves.
Mindful awareness is creating ‘space’ to experience things directly as they are moment by moment… to explore and examine our ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ worlds with curiosity, receptivity, and spontaneity.
To be mindful is to be purposefully aware of what we are experiencing as it is happening. We are simply an observer… non-reactively watching what is arising in our field of awareness… moment by moment… here & now.
