‘Living Lessons.’

Mindfulness teachings come alive when they are put into practice. To fully understand and appreciate their depth of meaning, practicality, and relevance to our everyday lives, they have to be experienced over and over again. Compassion, loving-kindness, empathy, generosity, patience, etc. have to be routinely practiced with intent and effort to become habit- a Way of being- a Way of living.
