Try this little exercise for yourself every morning in front of the mirror. Keep it ‘light’ and don’t be afraid to laugh at yourself as you and your ‘smile’ train for a warmer, more gracious way of facing a new day and a new beginning… especially when the inclination to feel & be this way may not be present.
