Take 30 seconds here and now and integrate your awareness with a felt sense of impermanence. Let its dynamic and flowing nature become the object of your attention. Openly invite this felt sense to rise and dissolve in your consciousness- as all things come to be and pass in awareness naturally and rhythmically. In this space of “emptiness”, there isĀ constant fluidity of what is sensed, felt, and perceived.
