Let It Be!

‘LET IT BE’ can become a natural inclination to simply observe and examine before responding. This simple practice of taking PAUSE before we respond to our present moment situations can be a healthy reminder to BREATHE and to allow some CLARITY and SPACE to arise prior to making a decision as to what may be most appropriate given the context of our experience- both perceived and direct.
