Awakening
Tuesday, June 30th, 2020Silence stills the mind and opens the heart, but one cannot remain silent when the voice needs to be heard.
Silence stills the mind and opens the heart, but one cannot remain silent when the voice needs to be heard.
‘The beginning of the end’… an ‘experiment’ conflicted at a crucial moment in history where division appears to have only sown greater apathy, anger, weakness, and vulnerability. It is this ‘darkness’ where we must exercise great care and equanimity to salvage, restore, and heal a fractured unity.
We are all born for some ‘special purpose’. We are also all born with a ‘voice’ that needs and wants to be heard. It is said that this ‘voice’ will lead us to our ‘special purpose’.
Oblivious to the relative ‘madness’, the audience continued to be captivated by something greater than their own sanity.
The lessons may start small and easy, but with the time they become more complex and difficult to master whether we are prepared or not.
If we are too comfortable in our lives, we may not see the need to move for change, but when the discomfort becomes too much to bear, then the change itself may push us there.
The ‘light’ works much more effectively when we also step on the ‘brake’ to slow ourselves down and ultimately come to a stop.
There comes a time where we may need to simply search elsewhere for our ‘shining light’.
When ‘awakening’ presents itself, we can distract ourselves and ignore the ‘signs’, but if something wants to get our undivided attention, it ultimately will prevail.
The ‘magician’ sells ‘magic solutions’ to the audience, but there are no ‘magic solutions’. These are merely distractions of mind keeping us from seeing what is real in the here & now.
