Awakening

Sitting still, we are allowing ‘space’ to help us regulate our emotions- to express ourselves clearly and confidently- to listen closely and openly to others- and to care for and inspire others, etc. Sitting quietly, patiently, and curiously in the solitude of this stillness, we are cultivating our ‘mindful intelligence’.
