Being aware of ourselves… how we are… and as we are… can be a truly liberating experience. Awareness can help us become free of our continuously thinking & habitual mind simply by how we pay attention to it.
Here & now, as the conscious observer, we all have the inner capacity to bear witness within the space of awareness distancing ourselves from the object(s) of our attention… to acknowledge without identification & mental commentary.
There is always freedom of choice in the open space of our awareness. Between stimulus and response, we may simply PAUSE in this BREATHING SPACE of our awareness to mindfully check in and discover for ourselves.
