A•HA… ‘Mind Traps’

Once we bring our awareness to ‘mind traps’ like negative self-talk and ‘catastrophizing’ that tend to keep us immobilized from making a change in our lives, we’ve already stepped outside of them. We have taken the first step to transform what can be very limiting and distracting cycles of habitual thought… and we have awakened to the realization that our lives are much larger than the thoughts or ‘events’ arising & passing in our own minds.
Simply noticing without indulging these habitual ‘events of mind’ lose their power over how we see & relate to ourselves in the light of repeated self-awareness and self-control.
