Freedom to Know

We pause. We breathe intentionally and consciously… simply noticing the repetition of the breath as it comes in and goes out.
With this ‘space’ or ‘gap’, we relax and we release ourselves from the ‘draw’ of our ‘habit energy’.
Free at last, we recollect our awareness and choose a new way- opened & awakened to experience what is directly and intimately before us… here & now without any judgment this higher order awareness only observes for the sake of knowing what it is… as it is… while it is.
