30 Seconds: Mini Mindfulness Break

With this intentional respite, we bring our awareness & attention back into the moment… relaxed, calm, and focused… here & now.
After reading this brief instruction, gently close your eyes and center your attention on the breath (on the inhale & exhale- nostrils or belly) allowing awareness the open invitation to simply ‘NOTICE’- observing or witnessing without indulging what may be present in this mini mindfulness break. Notice how a ‘distracted’ mind may become more settled and calm in this space. When ready, come back out of this awareness for ‘just being’, and see if you notice any change (subtle or salient) in mind and/or body.
