breathe, sense, embody…
Waking up to our senses, our experiences are embodied where we can feel what we see, hear, smell, touch, and taste. Aware, we are awakened to all that is alive to the senses.

Setting our INTENTION for the day. How do we want to be on this day? How should we treat ourselves and others? What do we want to accomplish? What is truly important and valued on this day?
This is a relatively challenging puzzle for children (sometimes their parents too) that helps them to think outside of the box- expanding the boundaries of thought & perception. Shifting our attention, there is greater self-control of impulses, less distraction, greater acceptance and care. With this routine, we become more relaxed, focused, balanced, stable, compassionate, and resilient.
Coming back to sit in this moment with my full attention, I become calmer, clearer, and more comfortable with my own humanity.
