It’s not how we ‘sit’ that truly matters, but WHY we ‘sit’. It is having a clear INTENTION that will sustain our practice…
Do we really know how to pay close attention… to quickly realize our mind has wandered and to reflexively bring it back… over & over again?
Running from ‘this’ to ‘that’, I woke up and it was next week… next month… next year. At what point do we finally wake up and take back the life we are letting slip away with all of our relative busyness to get everywhere else but in this MOMENT?…
The quality of our attention can condition how we ‘see’ and what we may come to know. This quality of attention can create a clarity mind to see and to know the nature of what we are truly experiencing… moment by moment.
Do we see clearly our condition of mind- all the assumptions and judgments? Do we see how we label and categorize perceptions of mind- what is ‘good’, ‘bad’, and ‘neutral’?
