Change is often not easy for us creatures of habit. We have to be willing to give up deeply ingrained patterns we have come accustomed to. The awakening is what may be comfortable may not always be healthy.
Things don’t last. Things are what they are while they are. Don’t obsess over what won’t endure, and savor what will soon be gone. Impermanence teaches us to be flexible & ‘fluid’, and to live ‘loosely’ without grasping or attachment to the ever-changing nature of things.
What happens between “here” and “there” depends upon where our attention goes as we move through time & space.
Savoring the moment is a sensual experience not a thinking one…
