bring clarity to your sanity…
Children need to learn how to be calm… to relax… to focus… and to bring awareness to their moment-by-moment experiences. With a healthy capacity for self-awareness readily accessible, there arises ‘room to be’… ‘room to breathe’… to reflect and to self-regulate… to shift and change the way they relate and respond to their experiences.
What makes a ‘good’ or ‘bad’ day?… JUDGMENT.
We may SIT with this intention to come to better know & understand ourselves so that we may come to better know & understand others.
If we were ALL to find our ‘VOICE’ and the confidence to exercise it, would we no longer have the tolerance to be exploited as human beings?
