Emotional reactivity tends to narrow our attention unto what’s upsetting us while everything else around us seems to fade into the background as we remain fixated on our emotional being.
Where are we? Nearly 50% of our waking moments is spent wandering from “this” and “that”… from “what may be” or “what may have been”…
We often have to ask the hard questions like… “what are we awakening to?”… and “awake, what will we do next to support a greater good than our own?”… etc.
