We should learn to develop a more relaxed and open awareness of our beautifully miniscule place in the wider scheme of things.
Maybe the only true enlightenment for human beings is knowing, “this is it…” Savor the moment.
This ‘middle way’ provides us observational distance to explore and examine our thoughts and feelings just as they are- engaging without indulging.
In this breathing space, we can reflect on skillful ways to respond- both discerningly and appropriately.
