Relaxing our attention and softening into the moment, we open up ‘space’ for tension in the body to drain out…
‘Relax’ into the mind & body. ‘Soften’ into the mind & body. It’s in these simple instructions that we may ease into our practice without adding any additional strain or tension to our efforts with ‘being’…
We may lose many ‘things’ throughout our lives, but we don’t ever lose our ability to love…
STRESSED OR ANXIOUS?… ‘conscious breathing’ can immediately impact our central nervous system- slowing & calming the body as we anchor our attention on the flow of our breath.
Without presence, we cannot possibly remain grounded, connected, and attuned to others or to ourselves.
