Just be yourself. Not so easy.
Mindfulness practice can help us to shift from being inside our heads to connecting with our bodies.
It is this larger ‘point of view’- this ‘bigger picture’ that we need to better understand.
The more presence we bring into our lives, the less we tend to miss what’s actually happening in them.
Most often, it’s not the situation that causes us problems, but rather our reaction to it.
Present moment awareness conserves our energy as we remain focused only on what is happening while it is happening.
