To be active agents for real change in our lives, we have to be present… we have to ‘show up’.
By being fully present… parents can teach more skillfully and children can learn more effectively.
‘Fluidity’ brings us the wonderful capacity to ‘see’ and to start afresh even under very difficult and challenging circumstances.
In our practice, can we sustain our intent to observe with both distance and compassion?
Despite our fears or resistance, there is always a crack in our armor for the ‘light’ to pass through and give us hope to ultimately be free and peacefully at ease.
We may feel (empathy) another’s pain & suffering, but then how might we act (compassion) to alleviate their situation.
There is this inherent arrogance we seem to foster in our relationship with ‘time’- that it will not move on and betray us.
The beauty of the moment is it flowing freely through us… without attachment or resistance.
The ‘fullness’ of a single solitary moment. Live it!
