When the mind is not ‘quiet’, it is very hard for it to be precise as the incessant flow of activity- thoughts & feelings- can be confused & unrelenting.
Mindfulness practice is cultivating ‘big mind’ and ‘big heart’- wisdom in the ‘light’ of compassion.
This moment can be the beginning of anything we may aspire.
No matter how ‘different’ we may perceive ourselves to be… the ‘human condition’ unites and connects us deeply and intimately without distinction.
In the ‘bloom’ of the present moment, there emerges the space for us to ‘shift’ the way we think and feel- and simply the way we are…
Awareness and discernment may lead us to a deeper understanding and connection with people and situations that trouble us.
Can we learn to accept things the way they are- not necessarily the way we want them to be?
