The repetitive thoughts we manifest are often fueled by an underlying emotional impulse- a “reactionary force”.

The “thought train” can leave the station with or without you. Awareness can help you stay on the platform- “to let it go”.
The next phase of human evolution may be mindfulness- a true understanding and deep compassion for one another- “survival of the wisest”…
When we can truly honor our memory and let it go, we have grown in wisdom.
Understanding transforms our ignorance and heals our differences.
Obstacles arise to teach us something about ourselves. Why would we resist or avoid lessons that seed wisdom?
The more we color our world, the harder it is to sustain.
