Can you examine how deeply attached you may be to your own image of yourself? Identities imbed us into the projections of ourselves. Through self-absorption we cannot see reality clearly. May self-reflection & self-awareness light your day.

Can you discern between the ordinary & mundane expectations in your life and those conditioned around your sense of “self”? May self-reflection & self-awareness light your day.
For many of us, the constant undercurrent of past and future scenarios strip our presence as we dwell in these habituated storylines. May self-reflection & self-awareness light your day.
