Mindful intelligence- illuminated and discerning awareness can and will reveal parts of us that we don’t want to reveal.
As the essence or quality of our being and of our functioning, mindful intelligence infuses and expands our capacities to emerge with our true humanity- instinctual, intuitive, physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual…
Allow your children to experience the fullness of the present moment. The skills we cultivate in both our formal and informal mindfulness practice can be very useful in parenting. “Natural” intelligence is one of our inborn capacities, one of our potentials, just as love is one of our potentials. It is something you have to find in yourself- something you have to open to in yourself and then bring to your direct experience.
Life seems to unfold effortlessly and seamlessly in moments when we are aligned with the truth of our nature.
