The essence of mindsight is the power (i.e. energy) and light source for our free attention and open awareness. It is like an illuminated lens that focuses both mechanism and order for how we use our minds to “see” with all parts of our being.
How we use our attention- focusing our mindsight– can openly synchronize our brain, mind, and body- balance and coordinate- normalize and optimize.
The open space or “emptiness” of our awareness resets our neural networks, quiets our mind, and relaxes our nervous system. In this “space”, our multisensory awareness is restored- a relative circuit breaker for the “thinking mind”.
