We think and rethink streams of thought that create the world we live in our own minds. What we think habitually becomes the nourishment we feed our minds, and the ‘seeds’ of who and what we may become.

Self-awareness helps us to monitor and shift our thinking process, with ‘space’ and openness as we become more sensitized to how our thoughts shape what we say and/or do.
