Mindfulness starts with this simple yet purposeful intention.
REMEMBER, we all have this innate ability to gently calm ourselves down… to be still and quiet… and to carefully watch what may be happening inside or outside of ourselves… here and now… moment by moment.
Let curiosity be your guide… ‘rest your attention’… and come to know the fullness of your experiences just as they are and just as you are.
