This ‘relationality’ is about how we ‘see’ ourselves in relationship to what is arising- either within us or outside us. When observing our experiences through awareness- through a lens of mindfulness- of wholeness and connectedness- we tend to ‘see’ and respond with greater objectivity, clarity, balance, and stability.

To ‘see’ with mindfulness helps us to cultivate wiser relationships with our ever-changing field of experiences- regardless of their content. In this way, we see ourselves as intimately part of a ‘bigger picture’- with the fullness and actuality of our experiences offering valuable insight to understanding their nature and our relationship to them… moment by moment.
