Breathing. Breath by breath… moment by moment… here & now. Without judgment, we sit with this clarity of observation as brief as it may be- openly and directly. ‘Events’- thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations arise and fall in the field of our awareness. Abidingly observant, we are without attachment or aversion as we continue to sit with the intention to know things as they are- directly, intimately, and simply.

 ‘Perfection’ is this purity of awareness.
