Meditation- ‘Shifting Brain Waves’

The deeper we ‘sink’ and relax into our practice, the more the mind (& brain) begins to quiet. Beneath the often turbulent surface of our busy minds, there is a deep sense of calm & quiet. As we continue to dwell in this embodied awareness- ‘non-doing’ and ‘non-striving’- to neither indulge or change things as they are, the brain emits slower waves of energy as the mind becomes more relaxed with our deepening stillness. With this ‘radical’ shift in consciousness there generates a more peaceful and restorative energy throughout our entire being.
