It’s Simply Repetition

In our practice, it’s the repetition that develops our ‘mindfulness muscle’…. moment by moment. Whatever is arising, can we simply NOTICE it without indulging it? Do we RECOGNIZE this thought… this feeling… this bodily sensation? Can we simply LABEL it without identifying with it? Settling in with it, can we gently TOUCH it with our awareness allowing ourselves to ACCEPT it and then simply to LET IT GO?
Breathing in and breathing out, we simply REPEAT the process…
