‘Composure.’

by meditative - April 23rd, 2015

‘Stay the course’ and work with life’s circumstances as they are while they are. Maintain your poise to remain alert, relaxed, patient, and available to embrace whatever may be arising in the moment.  In our meditation practice, we ‘drop in’ and ‘keep our seat’ to cultivate skillfulness and confidence in how we pay attention- and in how we sustain attention… to simply be who we are… where we are. Simply knowing ‘how to be’ in our practice we can become more composed, trusting, and wise to discern what best to do or not to do in our unfolding situations.
