‘Calm down.’

The mind & body tend to slow down and relax as we focus our concentration. Energy flows where our attention goes

In mindfulness practice, we learn to calm down by ‘dialing in’ our awareness on what we’re doing- intimately and directly. When we remember to recollect and  ‘take notice’ of what is happening here & now without any judgment… we can discover a sense of peace & serenity even in the midst of our mind’s chaos.
