‘Breath Awareness.’

Can the attention we give our breath… free our minds? Our body breathes as the two are one. When we relax our breath, we relax and calm our body. The breath is free of affliction. It is continuously flowing, rhythmical, and unattached. When our attentive mind joins with the breath, it too becomes free, even if only for a brief moment.

 ‘Free’ with our breath, we breathe in. ‘Free’ with our breath, we breathe out. Freedom arises naturally in the rhythm of our breath.
