Awakening

When the ‘auto-pilot’ is engaged, and we experience a familiar stimulus, the response evoked is typically the ‘same’… over and over again. It’s only when ‘awareness’ takes over, and there becomes ‘space’ between stimulus and response do we alter the course of a programmed reaction.
