“I’M ALIVE!”

It’s so important not to take life or ourselves so seriously… or too personally. There’s always going to be bumps in the road. Failures, loss, uncertainties, disappointments, etc… are all part of the human experience- the ‘full catastrophe’ of life. What matters most is how we respond and relate to life’s events- and how we are able to bounce back from the difficult and adverse ones. No matter what we may face, it’s always going to change- the universal law of impermanence guarantees what shall soon come to pass .
The power to transform is inherent in every moment we continue our lives as no two contiguous moments can be the same…
Be grateful for the continuation… the gift of life and the remarkable energy to simply be ALIVE!
