Open awareness allows for the free circulation of a healthy psyche- embracing and not suppressing or repressing that which we may fear to face. The blockage we create will eventually manifest itself as physical and/or mental dis’ease. Peace, light & insight be with you.

With our practice, we can learn to ease the pressures coming from our experiences on the outside and on the inside. To bridge our shore of suffering to one of peace and joy, we must cross over with compassion and understanding. Peace, light & insight be with you.
